Q	Can you not use the reusable filter, using paper filters instead?
A	You may use a 4-cup (a '4-6 cup size') paper filter instead of the mesh basket for your coffee grounds. I recommend Melitta 4-cup filters, or a store-brand equivalent, usually under $2 for pack of 200 filters at your local stores. Mesh baskets and paper filter will produce different-tasting coffees as the mesh allows hot water to flow through your grounds faster (bigger pores) so experiment a bit. Personally, I prefer the taste through paper filters
Q	Is there a warranty? if so, for how long?
A	Thank you for your question, Robert. The manufacturer's warranty on this coffee maker is two years from the date of purchase. We advise retaining any sales or gift receipt as a proof of purchase.
Q	does this coffe maker have automatic turnoff?
A	Thank you for your question, Bobbi. This coffee maker does not feature a timing mechanism. The coffee maker will remain powered on and heating until manually turned off, or unplugged
Q	does this have a keep warm?
A	The coffee keeps warm enough for most people to enjoy however there are a few coffee drinkers out there that feel that the coffee has to be so hot that it scalds there mouth and throat to the stomach to say that it is drinkable those are the people that feel it needs to be microwaved to just under boiling and no coffee maker will keep coffee that hot unless it is a stove-top percolator so the answer is relative to what you prefer
