1.  I have had two of these machines, both had the same problem. For the first year it was great, now I will put the pod in and only a drop comes out. This has happened with both machines. I tried running just a water shot and it works fine. I’ve contacted the company but have not received a response.
   
2. Heats up in less than 5 mins, not very loud, coffee comes out very hot and it’s a very attractive appliance- love my new espresso machine!
